We were responsible for the platting of the Boulevard Crossing subdivision, located along a large multiuse retail development through Kokomo.
Our Contribution: The initial ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys (prior to platting); a Topographic Survey; Supplemental Engineering Services; and Several ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys (subsequent to platting) for the development of the individual lots.
