Nucor Steel is the world’s first thin-slab casting mini mill, a steel manufacturing plant that recycles scrap steel. The project included constructing a sheet steel mill and galvanizing line. Also included were grading, drainage, roadways, waterlines, sewer lines, gas lines and rail lines.
