Construction Administration

Once a project has reached the construction phase, the contractor is tasked with turning the engineers’ design into a reality. We view our construction administration department’s responsibility, on the other hand, as ensuring that reality actually conforms to the design.

It requires a lot to make this happen. From seeing to it that construction materials and installation procedures meet standard specifications, to solving problems encountered during construction, to maintaining accurate records. Most importantly, our goal is to deliver a quality product on time, every time to all stakeholders involved.

Our construction administration and inspection experience is broad and diverse. Our professionals have acted as project supervisor on some of the largest, most complex projects that INDOT has ever built.

Our project supervisors have in-depth experience on the following project types:

  • Heavy Highway
  • Road Reconstruction
  • Road Resurfacing and Widening
  • Storm Sewers
  • Sanitary Sewers and Lift Stations
  • Water/Wastewater
  • Residential and Industrial Development
  • Traffic Signals
  • Intersection Improvements
  • Demolition
